A proud Huntingburg native and 2020 graduate of Southridge High School, Paige’s journey has been anything but ordinary.  Paige studied at the University of Indianapolis and Franciscan University of Steubenville, during which she spent seven months living in a small German village, Pfaffenweiler, as part of a field study.  She graduated in May 2024 with a degree in cultural anthropology.  


Upon returning to Huntingburg, she found herself drawn to Butcher ad Barrel where her lifelong connections with the owners, John Schroeder and John Patton and her close friendships with their sons made the opportunity feel like a natural fit.  Now, she brings her infectious joy and natural ability to connect with people to the restaurant, making her a great fit to lead our front-of-house team.  


Beyond the restaurant, Paige is enthusiastic about traveling, engaging in church activities, and building connections with others.  Her fluency in German, honed during her time in Germany often adds a delightful touch to her interactions.
